  These guys were simply amazing. We've never used them before so we decided to give them a shot and they exceeded our expectations. They loaded and unloaded the bouncy castle into our van and were extremely friendly at pickup and drop-off. We were worried because one of the pegs broke when we were anchoring the bouncy castle but the staff said not to worry about it. Not to mention, the prices are incredible. We will definitely be using Kingston Bouncy Castle Rentals in the future!

  We've gotten a water slide blow up castle a few years in a row now and it's always a HUGE hit with the kids for my oldest's birthday parties. They are always so easy to deal with, very kind both on the phone, via email and in person at pick up and drop off. We have never had any issues and they've even allowed us to pick up a bit early when we had an earlier birthday party one year. I'd definitely recommend them for any event!

  Bouncy castle was great and 9 yr old girls birthday party was a hit. Only thing I would comment on is it would be nice for a bit more flexibility on the return times. My daughter's party was from 3-6, so to be able to have the castle for her party, I had to rent it overnight, but after 6 it just sat there. Would be nice if there was an option for late drop off or something.
